London repairs are conducted on location same day and can be completed while you wait. We will normally get to you within 1–2 hours, with fitting taking around 45–60 minutes.

Free diagnostic health check

One of our technicians will perform a full diagnostic test on your machine before we start work on it. Should your computer have any faults other than the screen we will contact you with the results and advise you on the best way to return your laptop to top condition.

You are in full control of the decision-making process; we won't carry out any repairs without your approval.

Our Health Check is free with any service or with any approved repair. If you decide not to have any repairs or services performed on your laptop, there is a £49 fee to cover administration and return costs.
